• Ticket is valid on selected date only
• Select the transportation service you require and please consider Model and type of vehicle will be assigned upon availability and the number of passengers.
• Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number.
• Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone.
• 48 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info.
• 24 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver.
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
• Wheelchair is not accessible.
• Please advise us in advance to prepare the child/infant seat and Meet & Greet service
• This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate
• Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate.
